Our favorite Ivorians seem to have gotten themselves in a wee spot of bother. The two celebrated the first of Kalou’s two goals last night against Middlesbrough with so-called “handcuff” gestures to the crowd. Being that the two hail from the Ivory Coast, most are drawing the conclusion that this little gesture is a reference to recently-freed activist Antoine Assale Tiemoko. The FA has jumped in the mix to investigate.So what do you think? Are they, in fact, paying tribute to this activist?
